Combining Pre-Order & Non Pre-Order Products

Please place two separate orders if you would like to purchase pre-order and non pre-order items. This will ensure that the non pre-order items will be delivered to you immediately. If you have combined pre-order and non pre-order items accidentally, please contact us, your order may not be shipped automatically.

Product Bundles

When a pre-order product is sold as a bundle or set together with other products. All products will be shipped together according to the release date. If you would prefer to receive the other items earlier, please create a separate order.


Release Date

The release date is an estimate for when the product will be ready to be shipped to customers. This date is subject to change.

A release date referring to a month (for example December 2022) does not indicate the release at the beginning of the month, but rather any time within that month. Orders from the EU will ship 3-6 weeks later than the original release date.

We are working extremely hard to ensure the release date is met and have planned for it conservatively. However, above everything we want to ensure great product quality. This sometimes requires us to go the extra mile and spend a bit more time to make sure everything is perfect when you receive your product!

We are currently occasionally still affected by local COVID outbreaks which can lead to temporary factory closures or otherwise affect our supply chain, so far these have not delayed the production significantly.

We will inform you via email about any eventual delays or timeline changes. We appreciate your support and patience!



You can cancel your pre-order any time, if the product has not been shipped yet. A $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Why are we charging a cancellation fee?

Many vendors do not offer any cancellation options on pre-orders. We believe you should be able to cancel anytime you want and receive a refund (issued to your original payment method). However, we are allocating resources based on your pre-order to ensure timely fulfillment. In the case of a cancellation we have to cover those costs.

We also want to prevent frequent ordering & cancellations, which would make our planning a lot more difficult and may affect other customers timely fulfillment. 


Shipping of Pre-Orders

All Pre-Orders ship directly to customers from our warehouse in Asia. Please add the product to cart and follow the checkout to see shipping fees & estimated delivery times for your location.


Customs & Import Duties

Please note that your order may be subject to customs & import duties, since it is shipped to your from abroad. Reference our shipping policy for more detailed information regarding the shipping to your area.


Shipping of EU & UK Pre-Orders

Orders to the EU & UK will ship from our international warehouse. However, we are utilizing DDP shipping services, which let us pay all the required duties upfront. So you will not need to pay import taxes or duties when receiving your product. Shipping times are as indicated during checkout.


Pre-Order Notifications

After your purchase you will receive a standard confirmation email. Upon shipping your product, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment. You may receive further shipping updates automatically via email.

In the event of release date delays we will notify you via email.

Product Cancellation

In the unlikely case that Ascrono is unable to fulfill the product & decides to cancel the production of this product you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.
