Holiday Notice: Currently our international warehouse is on holiday. If your shipping method includes the word "International" your order will be dispatched on January 25th. All other shipping option will keep shipping as usual.

Canada & Mexico

Free Shipping

Free shipping to Canada & Mexico is limited to certain products & shipping methods. It also depends on the total order value & product weight.

We are aiming to provide as much free shipping options as possible. Add your products to cart & follow the checkout steps to get the exact rate to your location.

Orders to Mexico and Canada are fulfilled from our US warehouse. Customs and Import Fees may apply.

The shipping cost for these options may be higher than usual & shipping times may be longer.

Customs and Import Fees

When choosing your shipping method at checkout you may see shipping methods containing the words “International Shipping”.

This indicates that the shipment is shipped to you from another country.

When receiving shipments from other countries you may have to pay customs and import fees, when the shipment enters your country.

The amount of applicable fees varies from country to country. Most countries also have a “De Minimis Threshold” (an amount up to which goods can be imported tax free). Please look up the import fees for your country online on your countries customs website.

Paying for customs and import fees is not complicated.

In most cases, once the package arrives in your country you will either be asked to pick up the package at the customs office and pay the import fee there or you may pay the fees to your courier directly when he delivers the package at your door.

In some cases you may be able to pay the import fees online.

If you don’t pay for customs and import fees, the package is going to be returned to our warehouse. We will then refund your order after deducting shipping costs and handling fees from your refund.

European Union

We utilize DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping services, which allow us to pre-pay all import taxes & duties. You will receive your order like any other local shipment and don't have to pay any import taxes or fees.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the conditions of the 30-day money back guarantee.

If your product is not working correctly when first receiving it, please refer to the "Defective Products" tab for more details.

Refer to the "Warranty" tab for issues with products outside of their return window.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of its delivery date
  • The item is still in unused / undamaged condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging incl. product manual
  • The item is dropped off at the post office within 7 days after the return has been authorized

We are unable to refund your purchase in the following cases:

  • You do not send the product back in its original product box.
  • The product is damaged, or shows significant signs of use.
  • The product is returned outside of the return window

Please Note:

We do not cover any damages that happen during the return shipping. It is your responsibility to package the return shipment so that the product does not get damaged.

If the package is lost or damaged in transit you will need to file a claim with the courier company used for the return. Make sure to keep the confirmation slip you receive when dropping your return off at the post office.

When we receive your return each item is going to be thoroughly checked.

Only after its inspection can we issue the refund. This process may take 5-10 business days after we have received your return.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Charges are not refundable.

When returning one, multiple or all items of your purchase a flat fee of $10 will be charged for a return label. The fee will be deducted from the amount refunded back to you.

You can also return your product by buying your own shipping label at the post office. In that case no fee will be charged. Please contact us to receive the return address.

All United States returns have to be send to our warehouse in Denver, Colorado.

We cannot provide a shipping label for your return.

You have to purchase the return label yourself at your local post office. Returns can be send to our United States or China warehouse locations.

98.4% of our orders are on time according to the shipping time estimate provided to you at checkout.

However, we rely on 3rd party carriers, such as USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx to deliver your package.

Once a package is shipped, it’s the courier’s responsibility to deliver the package. Any claims for lost, delayed or in transit damaged packages should be filed with the respective courier.

While we’re happy to help, we only have access to the same tracking number you do. It’s usually faster to reach out to them directly.

All our products are quality tested before they are shipped, to ensure all of our customers have a great experience!

In the unlikely event that your product is not working as expected, please reach out to our support team within 7 business days after receiving your product. In most cases your issue may be solvable immediately with a little help from our team.

If we identify that your product is defective we will replace the product free of charge as quickly as possible. The shipping time of a replacement product depends on your country.

You may need to return the defective unit (we will provide a pre-paid return label), in order for us to analyze the defect & ensure this defect can be prevented in the future. Please send it back in the original packaging & including other components that were in the box.
